At Kanvas Beauty, we want you to love your skincare journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened beauty items unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Securely package the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the parcel back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
