The Pyunkang Yul Brightening Via Toner boasts a fairly hydrating formula, thanks to the addition of hyaluronic acid and panthenol. It''s also a great way to layer niacinamide and vitamin C in your skincare routine. With consistent use, it'll help reduce post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (i.e. acne scars) and render your skin brighter and more even-toned.

WHO NEEDS THIS?

HOW DO I USE IT?
After cleansing, pat on damp skin with your fingers or a cotton pad. Follow with your serum or moisturiser.
